I have played both CDs late tonight and have all my dishes "almost" done, and the laundry put away. (Many dishes had accumulated)
I am amazed at not only the variety but the quality of your sound. You are really good, instrumentals and vocals, wow, for only two people, too!

Hope both of you are well and happy. I'm the gal who approached you following your Soul Food Books performance in June and noted what a shift that evening made in my spirit. Again I want to say Thanks so much and to let you know I've invited 20 to 25 of my friends to your July 24th performance. I can't wait to spend another evening with you. I am soooo grateful. Meanwhile I think I'm going to wear your CD out---I've played parts/all of it several times. Good for business-- I'll just have to get a backup spare. I will be buying a couple for gifts. Hi there! I wanted to say thank you so much for your music the other day at Northern Lights! I've been really enjoying listening to your new CD in the car (and think the coffee song on the first CD is hysterical). On Wednesday I was driving two of my young adult kids to private driving lessons and knew they were nervous - I shared your music in the car as I drove them to their appointment instead of giving them the usual mother pep talk. My daughter was totally grooving by the time we pulled up to our destination and relaxed - she ended up having a completely amazing experience on her drive and my son who had been rather petrified looking in the back seat visibly relaxed and also ended up really enjoying his driving practice. Then yesterday evening I shared your music with my husband while we were driving to and from his parent's house for a visit. By the time we were driving home he was singing along. :)
I've asked my husband to forget going to lunch or dinner, etc. on Valentines. What I really want is to come to your concert on Sunday! We'll be at Northern Lights for service and I hope to see you after that! What's a beautiful "coincidence" is that Shawn and I were married in the Kent Unity Church 20 years ago in June. :)
Janet - I also wanted to tell you that I absolutely love your energy. To me you embody this in your being: "Work like you don't need the money, Love like you've never been hurt, Dance like nobody's watching, Sing like nobody's listening, Live like it's Heaven on Earth". As I'm working to come out of my shell and being more of myself I'm using you as a beautiful example of how to do it. Thank you!
